One never tires of savouring such a muscat with its subtle, fruity, almost ethereal fragrances, very close to the grape. And the fine, dancing bubbles weave a perfect counterpoint to the sweetness. Everything is done to delight your palate. As an aperitif or with dessert, this is the family effervescent by definition. You can drink it as a treat, especially as it is only 5.5° of alcohol!

Technique

Viticulture

45 year old vines, located near Castiglione Tinella at an altitude of 300m. Average yield: 750 g/m2. Annual production about 55'000 bt.

Oenology

Very short alcoholic fermentation (stopped by the cold: zero degrees) to obtain maximum residual sugar and a low alcohol content of about 5%; then long natural fermentation in autoclaves (about 1 month) to obtain the foam. Residual: a little over 100 g/litre.
