Olivier Rivière

Olivier Rivière now cultivates 10 hectares on his own estate, which he supplements with leased vines and the purchase of grapes. In the cellar, the winemaking process is not very interventionist, the harvest is more or less destemmed and fermentation is carried out without any inputs, apart from sulphur at bottling....
