Made from the house's "darling" vintage and from nebbiolo, this wine differs from the Barolo of the same vintage not only in its vinification (100% in new French barrels) but also in its airy, delicate style, with a beautiful balsamic nose, complemented by notes of dried flowers and raspberry. On the palate, one "crunches" in small red fruits and in supple, racy tannins, which give the wine a great balance and a superb length. A stylist's wine.

Production area: La Morra. Bottles produced: 2000-2500 /year. Part of the vineyard was planted in 1948, the other in 1989. Tortoniana marl-clay-limestone terroir. South, southeast exposure. Arborina has long been known as one of the finest terroirs in Morra and Barolo.
