Also produced by Vincent Paris, Cornas Granit 30 comes from plots on younger granite soils, giving this wine a different but complementary expression of the terroir. Made from 100% Syrah, it reveals aromas of black fruit, mint and liquorice, accompanied by hints of leather and chocolate. On the palate, it is distinguished by its freshness, velvety texture and well-structured tannins, offering a wine that is more accessible than the Granit 60 but just as complex.
