A special selection of the estate's best Erbaluce grapes gives this very fine dry white wine a brilliant straw yellow colour. Characteristic nose with vegetal notes of fresh fruit, green apple and even mountain herbs. The palate is refreshing and juicy, slightly tannic, full-bodied and well-balanced. A wonderful discovery in mountainous Piedmont!

Oenology

The grapes are harvested in early October, gently pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured in bottle before being marketed.
