18.5 hectares. Limestone plateau and clay-limestone slopes. Surrounded by Châteaux Belair-Monange, Canon Lagaffelière, L'Angelus and Canon. Average age of vines: 30 years. 8400 vines/hectare. In organic conversion. Consultant oenologist: Stéphane Derenoncourt.
Oenology
Vinification in truncated wooden vats and 500L barrels (25%). Vatting for 35 to 40 days. Aged for 18 to 24 months. 85% new, 15% ovoid cement vats. Yield 30 Hl/Ha.
